Your RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor – CSA, you will provide full commercial and contractual leadership across the civil, structural and architectural scope of the project. You'll be a trusted advisor to both client and delivery teams, ensuring value, control, and commercial rigour from pre-contract through to final account.
Key responsibilities include:Leading CSA estimating, tender evaluations and on-site cost controlDeveloping and managing robust cost plans and client budgetsDriving value engineering while maintaining quality and performance standardsProviding ongoing commercial and contract support across the project lifecycleAnalysing tenders to ensure best market value and optimal procurement outcomesManaging change control, variations and commercial close-outPerforming interim valuations and managing payments using EVMForecasting and monitoring cash flow and accruals, liaising with client finance teamsSupporting final accounts and claims resolutionProducing cost analysis, reporting and lessons learned to inform future programmes
About YouWe'd love to hear from you if you:Have strong experience in Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) estimatingHold a relevant degree or equivalent professional experienceHave worked on data centres or other complex sectors such as life sciences, semiconductor, or battery manufacturingBring solid pre- and post-contract cost management expertiseAre fluent in English (written and spoken)Enjoy building strong relationships and thrive in collaborative, high-energy teams
