Contract Management is part of our Legal and Commercial Services. Our professionals bring innovative ideas to commercial reality, focusing on maximizing value for all parties through a deep understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks. We work alongside Accenture sales and delivery teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle to provide high-quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts.
What You’ll Do:
As a Contract Management Specialist, you will:
* Support contract management teams across projects and accounts, collaborating with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand priorities and objectives.
* Work across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies to ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence.
* Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
* Support pre-award sales activities, including deal shaping, contractual outcomes, and drafting operational annexes.
* Prepare governance committee materials and contribute to strategic account planning.
* Build trusted relationships with client counterparts in a client-facing role .
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field.
Experience:
* 5–7 years of experience in contract management or similar roles.
* Proven experience in contract negotiation, drafting operational annexes, and governance preparation.
* Exposure to complex programs across industries (e.g., Banking, Utilities, Energy, Public Sector).
Skills:
* Strong legal background with business and IT understanding.
* Excellent drafting and interpretation skills, including translation quality.
* Financial acumen (pricing mechanisms and commercial models).
* Risk management and compliance expertise with a business mindset.
* Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels.
* Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices, and terms & conditions.
Languages:
* Native Dutch speaker (mandatory).
* Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
