Responsibilities
* Create and maintain functional specifications for payroll projects in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.
* Estimate workload for required features and coordinate planning with cross-functional teams.
* Optimize existing software and define test scenarios, prepare test data, and validate implementations against specifications.
* Support development and service desk teams and ensure comprehensive project documentation.
* Maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement of the software department.
