* In your role, you will lead several Housekeeping teams, spread across different hotels in Brussels
* You give them the right direction where needed. You coach and strive for growth and development of each team member;
* You are only happy when all your employees function optimally and are in tune with each other;
* You organise, coordinate and control the daily work and you are the first point of contact for our customers; Customer satisfaction is key and fine, transparent communication is essential in your position;
* Furthermore, you take care of all kinds of administration, planning and preparation of remuneration;
* You monitor the targeted return and make timely adjustments where necessary;

* Experience in the hotel sector is a must;
* You are bilingual (Dutch - French) and can speak a fair bit of English;
* You can work independently and prioritise, you have a hands-on mentality;
* You are a driven people manager. Your skills help you manage and coach our teams;
* You facilitate and monitor everything from A to Z, and you provide regular feedback to our 'Operations Manager';
* With your drive and knowledge, you can push your teams to achieve the intended results together;
* You are stress-resistant and flexible;
