You measure, fasten, and check that everything is correct. No mistakes allowed, as safety and stability are paramount.09:30 – Inspection of the work at height. You check if everything is secure and discuss with colleagues whether adjustments are needed. Safety first: lines, harnesses, and tools checked.12:00 – Break. Coffee, sandwiches, a brief discussion. You discuss progress and challenges from the morning.13:00 – Continue with assembly work. Sometimes independently, sometimes together with a colleague. You use a lift or telehandler, depending on the task.15:30 – Final inspection of the installed steel. Everything safely and correctly assembled. You report to the team leader about the assembly.16:30 – Site cleanup and preparation of materials for the next day. You walk around and see what you've built today.
