You’ll work alongside internal staff and contingent workers to support the digital backbone of this transformation.Role Summary:As a Back Office Client Team Member, you will:Provide 3rd line support for client-side applications and operating systems.Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from helpdesk and 2nd line support.Participate in scripting, packaging, and distribution of internally developed and commercial software on the Wintel platform.Collaborate with external vendors to resolve technical issues (, licensing problems).You’ll be part of a team of 10 professionals focused on delivering high-quality support and innovation.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Analyze and resolve complex OS/application-level issues.Package and script software installations (silent/unattended setups).Maintain and distribute software using tools like SCCM.Document solutions and maintain technical records.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:Languages: Fluent in English and either French or Dutch. German is a plus.Experience: ~5 years in a similar role (10 years preferred).Technical Expertise:Windows 10/11 in secure client/server environmentsMicrosoft Office and commonly used enterprise softwareClient hardware (desktops, laptops, smartphones, printers)Controlled software distribution (SCCM preferred)Troubleshooting at OS and application levelNice-to-Have Skills:Active Directory / Group PoliciesMicrosoft WINPE, MDT, Windows AIKIntune experienceScripting: VBScript, DOS Batch, PowerShellPackaging tools and silent setup customizationSoft Skills:Professional and customer-orientedStrong communicator and team playerDetail-oriented and self-criticalAnalytical problem solverSkilled in documentationAdditional Information:Work Authorization: Non-EU candidates must have a valid Belgian work and residence permit.Contracting Conditions: Local purchasing terms apply depending on the contracting entity.
