Job responsibilities
1. Implementation and Coordination of Training Programs
2. Proposals for Communication Actions to Promote Training Internally and Externally
3. Managing the communication to the different stakeholders
4. Managing the different Training Projects
5. Report on the different Training Programs
6. Organization & preparation before Training Events & sessions
7. Monitoring Order Management and managing gifting stock
Project Management of the different training programs:
8. Managing all communication of the different training programs( invitations, posters, emails, posts on the learning app)
9. Monitoring the entire back office of the different accounts
10. Booking of hotels, restaurants, flowers etc.
11. Updating of the development path
12. Create & translate the learning modules in FR and NL
13. Manage the mailbox
14. Creating Google Forms for registrations + participations
15. Sending all gifts
LEARNING APP :
16. Responsible for the application and its overall image
17. Managing the entire back office
18. Acting as a Community Manager (frequent posts on the app + creating new content) => Two languages are now offered for each publication (NL + FR)
19. Support on posting modules for each group of learners
Profile
- Final year in marketing or communication or professional immersion.
- Perfect command of the Office Suite.
- Languages: bilingual French - Dutch and knowledge of English.
- You are organized, rigorous, involved, persevering, enthusiastic, flexible and motivated.
- You have a sense of contact both internally (team spirit) and externally (sense of customer service).
- You have a certain product awareness (Fragrances and Cosmetics).
