Our client is looking for a senior AI manager to support their journey in AI, from traditional Artificial Intelligence, to advancing topics like GenAI and Agentic AI in a world where data drives nearly every decision, unlocking possibilities that were once out of reach will be the responsibility of this hire. Within this data && AI centre of excellent, the team partners closely with the business to design and deliver transformative AI solutions. Through experimentation, intelligence development, and value-focused innovation, the team creates proof points and scalable products that have a measurable impact. Their work spans the entire organization—from tailoring marketing campaigns and elevating customer experiences, improving sales, ,marketing, operations, finance, HR and beyond
This multidisciplinary group of AI / GenAI / AgenticAI experts brings together data strategists, data scientists, data engineers ML engineers,, all collaborating to turn data into meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
Requirements
* You have strong Strategic AI business and leadership skills:
* Strategic thinking is part of your DNA
* A keen understanding of how data can be used to drive business.
* Strong storytelling skills and the ability to deliver an impactful message to senior leadership.
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
* You can lead and coach multiple teams of Artificial Intelligence data experts.
* A strong background in consulting is a (major) plus, with a valued skillset including presentation design, business cases, prioritisation, project management, stakeholder management, written communication and presentation skills (pyramid principle).
* You have a can-do mentality, an agile mindset and experience in dealing with changes in an organization.
* You speak fluent English and Dutch.
* You have a Master's degree or equivalent through experience, and 10–15 years of relevant experience (management consulting AI, data strategy, data science, product management).

Requirements
Profile Strong business and leadership skills.. Ability to use data to drive business, strong storytelling, negotiation, and influencing skills. Capable of leading a data team and collaborating with business units. Background in management consulting is a plus. Agile mindset with experience in organizational change. Fluent in English and Dutch. Master's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
