Key Responsibilities as Financial & Business Controller
* Own monthly closings, P&L analysis, variance reporting, and ensure data accuracy across all financial processes, you will be translating complexity into clarity.
* Manage budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and rolling plans while challenging assumptions and providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
* Support department heads with KPIs, profitability analysis, business cases, and strategic recommendations that influence key decisions.
* Improve reporting tools, build dashboards, and streamline processes as the company scales toward its next growth phase.
In short, you see the big picture, challenge the status quo, and communicate insights effectively.
What You Bring
as Financial & Business Controller
* Master's degree
in Finance, Business Engineering, Economics, or related field
* 3 to 7 years of experience
in controlling, audit, FP&A, or financial analysis
* Fluent in English + Dutch or French
(trilingual is a strong plus)
* Experience with
ERP
system
