Act as the lead R&D consultant to the Regional Commercial Leadership team, shaping the future portfolio and innovation priorities.Represent regional interests in global governance forums, influencing long-term technology platforms and communication frameworks.Lead the integration of consumer behavior data into technical product design and performance benchmarks.Architect the regional strategy for competitor benchmarking and trend analysis (electronics, energy systems, and sustainability).Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of managers and specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.Serve as the strategic integrator between Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
