Job Summary
As Infrastructure Security Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting Terumo’s digital and operational technology across EMEA. You will oversee security issues, collaborate closely with external partners and Terumo Aortic. You will ensure that all security controls and standards are implemented effectively. This role involves maintaining and governing all security related technical documentation and supporting both internal and external audits.
Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee Terumo Europe’s digital landscape by identifying and addressing security risks
2. Keep systems safe by ensuring the right security measures and consistently applying them throughout the region
3. Monitor security alerts and help coordinate the right responses when issues arise
4. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective follow-through on security tasks and improvements
5. Support projects and offer guidance to design new systems with strong security foundations
6. Contribute to a secure OT environment, supporting several teams managing plant-related technologies
7. Promote awareness by supporting training activities and inform colleagues on how to keep information secure
8. Be part of a 24/7 standby rotation, ensuring you can react quickly whenever urgent security situations arise
9. Grow and innovate by contributing new ideas, solve complex problems and supporting continuous improvement in how we protect Terumo Europe
Profile Description
Experience and skills
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage.
• Experience in LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, server environments and multi-provider network architectures
• Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus systems, authentication systems, log management and content filtering
• Strong understanding of hosting, cloud platforms, storage and access management
• Advanced knowledge of security standards, best practices and cloud security technologies
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g. Tenable Nessus)
• Ability to install, configure and operate security software and tools
• Experience performing post-incident forensics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels in global environment
