THIS INCLUDES Day-to-day coaching and support of 17 FTEs Following-up on career and growth opportunities for your team Developing insights and reports towards management to improve the sales cours Getting your hands dirty and taking on the biggest clients/accounts where necessary Strategic management - setting the guidelines for further growth in areas such as the U.S and Nordics PROFILE You are a transformational manager with: Solid coaching and people management skills Experience in strategic management (development of sales plan + roll out internationally) The tendency to go above and beyond for your team Experience in a SaaS or tech environment Fluency in Dutch and English WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
