Your new role
We are currently implementing a company-wide Master Data Management (MDM) program, starting with a Phase 0 and moving into Phase 1. The objective is to establish a single, trusted source of customer master data that will be consumed by multiple downstream systems and platforms.
The program is supported by a system integrator, while the internal ownership sits with us.
The role is designed to support the MDM Program Manager and PMO Lead, providing additional bandwidth and ensuring our interests, standards, and use cases are properly represented throughout the implementation.
The position sits at the intersection of data, technology, and business, working closely with integration teams, architecture, data governance, and use-case owners.
Your profile
• Strong data and technical literacy (MDM concepts, data models, integrations)
• Experience reviewing and validating SI deliverables from a client perspective
• Ability to challenge external vendors while guiding internal stakeholders
• Solid documentation and business analysis skills
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments
