Lead the recruitment process for IT talent across different services.Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding all recruitment-related matters.Publish job vacancies on appropriate channels (job boards, social media, etc.) and keep the ATS system updated.Actively source candidates through databases, social networks, and direct search activities.Screen CVs, conduct selection interviews, and assess both technical and behavioral competencies.Coordinate the full selection process through to hiring, including salary proposal preparation.Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and promotional activities.Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and methodologies.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Proven experience in IT recruitment aligned with the responsibilities of the role.Fluent in French or Dutch, with operational knowledge of the other language and English.IT recruitment mission for 1 year based in Brussels.
