Your function
Our client is a leading Belgian Law firm advising prominent clients on complex environmental Law matters.
As part of the Environmental Law team, you will advise clients on a broad range of environmental and land use issues while working on challenging and high-profile file:
* Advise clients on environmental law, land use and regulatory matters
* Assist with permits, compliance and administrative procedures
* Draft legal opinions, agreements and procedural documents
* Represent and support clients in dealings with public authorities
* Monitor legal developments and provide practical, business-oriented advice
* Manage files autonomously while collaborating closely with partners and colleagues
Your profile
* Belgian Master’s in Law.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in environmental Law within a Law firm
* Solid expertise in environmental Law
* Dutch speaker with an excellent command of English
* Strong analytical, drafting and legal research skills
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of files
* Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced professional environment
