SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP:
Assist the General Housekeeper in his daily tasks and operationally direct the chambermaids.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure the proper execution of all daily cleaning tasks
2. Monitor the cleanliness of the various areas of the hotel
3. Be responsible for the distribution of tasks (planning)
4. Inform the technical department of any malfunctions or problems observed in the hotel
5. Manage laundry, linen and hospitality samples stocks
6. Prepare all necessary products such as equipment and linen
7. Check the correct use of cleaning products and equipment
8. Work in collaboration with reception to handle complaints, resolve customer problems, pass on information and provide necessary service
9. Check rooms and ensure they meet our standards
10. Ensure communication between the General Manager and the cleaning staff
11. Take part in cleaning activities if necessary
