You will serve as a key point of contact with suppliers, oversee forecasting and production planning, and play a critical role in reducing lead times, scaling volumes, and supporting new customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain direct relationships with key suppliers to manage performance, negotiate pricing, and resolve issues
* Execute and optimize purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory replenishment
* Drive continuous improvement in lead times, supply reliability, and cost efficiency
* Partner with Sales and Operations to manage accurate demand forecasts and production plans
* Support onboarding of new customers by ensuring supply readiness, material availability, and scalable logistics
* Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, lead time, forecast accuracy)
* Play a central role in the S&OP process—aligning supply and demand, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation plans
* Collaborate with Finance on cost control and budgeting initiatives
* Assist in scaling operations to support increasing volumes and expanding markets
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or operations, including team leadership
* Strong background in hands-on supply chain execution—procurement, planning, inventory management, and logistics
* Proven experience in supplier management, including negotiation and performance tracking
* Proficient in forecasting tools, ERP systems, and Excel/Google Sheets
* Experience participating in or leading S&OP processes
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
The Offer:
* A permanent, full-time employment contract
* A salary & benefits package commensurate with experience
