💼 Your responsibilities:
As Product Owner, you are responsible for translating business needs into concrete solutions and overseeing product development in collaboration with the development teams. In this role, you are responsible for defining and prioritising the product backlog based on input from internal stakeholders. You translate customer needs into clear, precise and actionable user stories.
Your day-to-day tasks:
1. Define and prioritise the product backlog in line with customer needs.
2. Translate stakeholder feedback into clear, concrete and actionable user stories.
3. Coordinate and support the development team to deliver quality features on time.
4. Promote the product vision, steer the roadmap and ensure the strategic consistency of each iteration.
5. Act as a facilitator between the technical teams, business lines and top management.
⭐ Who are you?
6. Proven experience as a Product Owner or in product management in an Agile/Scrum environment.
7. A good understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centred design.
8. A strong strategic vision and the ability to translate it into concrete actions.
9. Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between tech and business.
10. The ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
11. Bonus: experience in payroll or enterprise software.
