The Role As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for the full cycle from start to finish. You’ll be working with real-world healthcare challenges which require strong engineering practices to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant AI systems in a remote-first environment.
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for healthcare applications (e.g., medical imaging, diagnostics, predictive analytics)
Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference
Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data (clinical records, imaging, sensor data)
Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and transformation workflows tailored to medical datasets
Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance (e.g., Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts (clinicians, researchers)
Deploy models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools
Implement monitoring, validation, and testing frameworks for clinical-grade AI systems
3–6+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related roles
~ Strong programming skills in Python
~ Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and evaluation techniques
~ Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, data pipelines)
~ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
~ Exposure to healthcare data (medical imaging, EHR, or clinical datasets) is a strong plus
~ Awareness of data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, medical compliance)
Fully remote work environment (Europe-based)
Collaborative, multidisciplinary, and distributed engineering culture
