JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an energetic, strategic, and people-centered HR Business Partner to support our Commercial EMEA organization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our commercial teams, strengthen leadership capability, and accelerate our growth across a diverse region.
As the HR BP for Commercial, you will work directly with General Managers, Sales Managers, and cross-functional partners to build a high-performing organization. You will be a trusted advisor, a change agent, a talent architect, and a strong champion of our TBCT Leadership Profile. This role supports teams in 26 countries, so you must be able to navigate complexity, ensure consistent people practices, and work closely with HR Operations to deliver seamless execution across the region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Commercial GMs and sales leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
Support organizational design, workforce planning and change initiatives.
Provide guidance for growth, restructuring, and future talent needs.
Provide day-to-day HR support, including guidance on policy application, employee cases, and performance management.
Attract, develop, and retain high-performing commercial talent.
Support succession planning and learning initiatives
Coach leaders using the TBCT Leadership Profile
to build stronger leadership capabilities and high performing teams
Performance & Culture
Guide leaders on performance management, feedback practices, and team effectiveness.
Support engagement and employee experience initiatives to strengthen culture across EMEA.
Employee Relations & Associate Support (26-country scope)
Provide balanced, expert guidance on complex employee matters in partnership with HR Ops and global HR teams.
Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies across countries, while complying with local legal requirements.
Proactively identify and address people risks, conflict points, and organizational dynamics.
Collaboration with HR Ops & HR Excellence
Partner closely with EMEA HR Ops (payroll, benefits, and core HR processes) to ensure seamless end-to-end employee lifecycle support, driving strong execution and consistent employee experience across 26 countries.
Collaborate with global COEs (Talent, Compensation, L&D) to deliver qualitative HR solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and regional HR delivery.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an international or matrix environment
Proven experience partnering with and advising business leaders as a trusted HR partner
Strong ability to coach managers and influence senior stakeholders
Well organized and accountable with the ability to manage complex issues end to end
Curiosity about markets, customers, and how commercial teams drive growth
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound judgement
Comfort working across multiple countries and cultures
Resilient, adaptable and continuously seeking improvement
Curious and collaborative mindset, proactively seeking out a range of opinions and perspectives with strong partnership and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
Fluent English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
