To strengthen our commercial activities across Europe and the Middle East, we are looking for a Marketing Manager / Marketeer who is eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
This role is based in Gembloux or Brussels.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesMarketing Planning & ExecutionSupport the development and execution of the annual marketing planTranslate marketing strategy into concrete, actionable initiativesExecute marketing activities aligned with commercial objectives in Europe and the Middle East
Marketing Activation & Campaign SupportOrganize and coordinate participation in trade fairs and industry eventsExecute customer mailing and lead-nurturing campaignsManage and update the company website and social media channelsSupport product launches in collaboration with sales and product teamsPlan and coordinate customer and partner events
Market & Sales Enablement SupportConduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunitiesDevelop and update sales presentations and marketing materialsSupport sales teams with relevant content and toolsShare market feedback and customer insights with the product owner and internal stakeholders
Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with sales, product, and management teamsCoordinate with external suppliers and partners when neededContribute ideas to improve marketing processes, visibility, and effectivenessActively participate in a collaborative, people-first company culture
Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field5-10 years of experience in a marketing role (B2B experience)Interest in technology, SaaS, or hardware/software solutionsHands-on experience with digital marketing channels (email, website, social media)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with curiosity for market trends and customer needsStrong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitudeProfessional proficiency in English and French; other languages are a plus
