Role & key responsibilities in controlling
* Support monthly closings and reporting to deliver reliable financial information that management can confidently act upon.
* Translate financial data into clear analyses, strengthening visibility on performance and business drivers.
* Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, helping anticipate results rather than explaining them after the fact.
* Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to improve financial understanding across the organization.
* Help optimize reporting tools and processes, increasing efficiency and data quality.
This role is designed to accelerate your transition from technical execution to genuine financial insight.
Your background & experience in finance
* Master in Business Administration, Finance or related field
* 2 to 7 years of experience in audit, controlling or financial analysis.
* Experience within a Big 4 firm is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with SAP or BI tools is a significant plus.
* Dutch and/or French
What this role offers
* Gross annual salary between €60,000 and €70,000, complemented by a full benefits package.
