ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* We are looking for an experienced ITSM Analyst/Developer to join our team of Atlassian experts.
* You'll work in a dynamic environment where Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Assets are central to supporting ITSM processes and digital services.
* You will be part of the Support Services: ICT team and work across project work, maintenance and incident work.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
* As an ITSM Analyst/Developer, you will combine functional analysis, technical design, and development within the Atlassian ecosystem and related integrations.
* You translate business needs into scalable solutions through configuration, automation and integrations, with a focus on quality, performance and manageability.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
ANALYSIS & DESIGN
* Collaborating with business stakeholders, service desk and IT teams to identify
* needs Drawing up functional and technical designs
* Translating ITSM processes (incident, request, change, problem, etc.) into concrete solutions
* Thinking along about optimisations and standardisation of Processes
DEVELOPMENT & CONFIGURATION
* CONFIGURE AND EXTEND ATLASSIAN TOOLING (JIRA, JSM, CONFLUENCE, ASSETS)
* DEVELOP AUTOMATIONS (AUTOMATION RULES, SCRIPTRUNNER, FORGE WHERE RELEVANT)
* IMPLEMENT INTEGRATIONS VIA POWERSHELL, REST APIS, AND EVENT-DRIVEN FLOWS
* WORKING WITH DATA AND REPORTING (SQL QUERIES, DASHBOARDS, EAZYBI OR SIMILAR)
TESTING & QUALITY
* Writing and performing unit tests
* Documenting solutions and configurations
* Applying best practices and internal IT standards
* Monitoring performance and stability
MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
* Troubleshooting at application and data level
* Incident support and problem management
* Participation in releases and changes
COLLABORATION & GOVERNANCE
* Actively contributing to knowledge sharing within the team
* Close collaboration with colleagues and external partners
* Communication with service desk, project leaders and infrastructure teams
* Estimating and planning development activities
SKILLS
* Demonstrated experience as an Atlassian xphnsxz Expert in a similar environment
* Demonstrable experience within a similar technology
* Proven experience with Atlassian Assets Configuration
* Proven experience with Atlassian Guard
* Proven experience with Confluence Cloud Admin
* Proven experience with Jira Software and JSM (Cloud) Configuration Knowledge
* Proven experience with Scripting: Powershell
* Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience with ICT technology for which expertise is required
* Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2
* Proven experience with eazyBI
* Demonstrable experience with implementation / configuration of ITSM processes in similar technology and similar environment
* Proven experience with Scriptrunner
* Proven experience with Scriptrunner Connect
* Proven experience with SQL-Should Have
