Health Information Systems
1. The Senior Regional Pre-Sales Manager will play a critical role in supporting business development and sales efforts with product and solution-oriented activities.
2. In this role you will provide technical bid support, conduct solution demonstrations for clients, evaluate client solution and infrastructure, and manage product expertise topics.
3. The ideal candidate has a strong technical acumen and deep understanding of healthcare solutions in order to drive successful sales outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Maintain deep knowledge of Softway Medical Groups healthcare solutions and product offerings.
5. Support sales managers with technical expertise during client engagements.
6. Prepare and conduct detailed product and solution demonstrations to showcase capabilities to clients.
7. Provide technical consultation and answer client product queries.
8. Assess client needs and existing set-up to ensure compatibility with proposed solutions.
9. Collaborate with sales, product and cross-functional teams to gather necessary technical information. Feed local and group product managers with new client requirements.
10. Lead the technical aspects of bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
11. Evaluate and select partners to enhance bid competitiveness.
Profile
12. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
13. Proven experience in pre-sales or technical sales support of minimum 8 years, preferably within the healthcare industry.
14. Good understanding of the healthcare IT industry and its challenges.
15. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
16. Excellent communication, presentation, and technical consultation skills.
17. Ability to work independently in the given territory but also to collaborate with other colleagues in Belgium and France.
18. Proficiency in Dutch, good command of French.
