We are looking for someone to strengthen our growing team by managing logistics flows, inventory, and day-to-day operational tasks with precision. From inventory management to event preparations, you'll ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, helping us grow our impact on sustainability and innovation.
As Logistics Coordinator / Office & Operations Lead, you are ultimately responsible for coordinating all transport flows of finished products to our customers, both B2B and B2C. In this role, you manage the Field Logistics Coordinator and maintain close contact with our fulfillment partners. In addition, you also play an important role in supporting the organization's daily operations and help ensure a smooth, safe, and well-organized working environment.
You coordinate all outbound transport flows to customers, both nationally and internationally.
You work closely with the Supply Chain Expert and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth information flow and efficient follow-up.
You ensure that all necessary documents and labels are correctly prepared and available, including packing lists, CRM documents, and transport documentation.
You take the lead in automation and process improvement within your scope and continuously look for ways to make business flows more efficient and smarter.
You support the organization's day-to-day operations, including ordering internal supplies, negotiating prices, and coordinating the delivery of goods and services.
You oversee the safety and accessibility of the office building and maintain the relationship with the building manager.
You have experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a similar coordinating role.
Experience with reporting, KPI follow-up, and logistics documentation is a strong plus.
