Your Job Responsibilities:
* Drawing up security project plans: Develop comprehensive project plans for implementing security measures across IT systems, outlining the scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* People management for the members of the various teams: Lead and manage security teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance among team members.
* Planning the security project in terms of timeline and milestones: Establish project timelines and milestones, ensuring that all phases of security implementation are completed on schedule.
* Assigning tasks and responsibilities to the team members: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise in IT.
* Mapping and managing security risks (and measures): Identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the protection of IT systems and data.
* Manage security project issues: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the security project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to IT operations.
* Ensuring that security solutions comply with standards and best practices: Ensure that all security solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices, including resilience patterns, monitoring, and postmortems.
* Stakeholder management: Proactively coordinate with various project stakeholders to understand their security needs and ensure their requirements are met throughout the implementation process.
* Regular coordination with the steering group: Maintain regular communication with the steering group to provide updates and receive guidance on projects.
* Coordination with suppliers and external partners: Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
* Change management: Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new security measures.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on security project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.

* Define and evolve domain-specific architecture aligned with enterprise goals.
* Guide squads and tribes in architectural decisions, ensuring consistency and scalability.
* Promote architectural thinking across chapters and guilds.
2. Agile & Spotify Model Alignment
* Operate effectively within the Spotify model: collaborate across squads, tribes, chapters, and guilds.
* Balance autonomy and alignment by enabling squads to innovate while adhering to architectural standards.
* Foster a culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement.
3. Solution Design & Integration
* Design end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
* Ensure interoperability, performance, and maintainability across platforms and services.
* Collaborate with product owners and squad leads to translate business needs into technical solutions.
4. Technology Strategy & Innovation
* Stay ahead of technology trends and assess their relevance to the domain.
* Drive innovation by introducing new tools, frameworks, and practices.
* Evaluate and recommend technology stacks that align with the client digital strategy.
5. Security & Compliance
* Embed security by design into all architectural decisions.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with security chapters to implement IAM, encryption, and secure development practices.
6. Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture
* Design scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Promote infrastructure as code (IaC) and DevOps practices a cross squads.
* Support hybrid and multi-cloud strategies where applicable.
7. Data Architecture
* Define data models, flows, and governance practices.
* Ensure data quality, lineage, and accessibility across the organization.
* Collaborate with data engineering squads to implement data platforms and pipelines.
8. DevOps & CI/CD Enablement
* Advocate for DevOps culture and continuous delivery pipelines.
* Ensure architectural support for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
* Promote observability and reliability engineering practices.
9. Stakeholder Collaboration
* Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical stakeholders.
* Communicate complex architectural concepts in a clear and actionable way.
* Facilitate architectural reviews and decision-making forums.
10. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
* Maintain clear, up-to-date architectural documentation.
* Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives across chapters and guilds.
* Mentor engineers and architects to build architectural maturity.
Non-technical requirements:
* Good presenter who can convey stories well between business and IT stakeholders: Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and IT.
* Self-disciplined, very proactive, and organized, with the ability to identify what needs to be done: Strong organizational and proactive skills.
* Strong team player, empowering and challenging squad/chapter members to foster collaboration and individual development: Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.

Other requirements:
* Bachelor/Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience: Advanced education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
