You will guide clients throughout the full financing lifecycle, from strategic discussions to closing. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Client Advisory Execution /h3 ul liLead debt advisory mandates including (re)financing, growth financing, acquisition financing, restructuring and capital markets transactions. /li liAdvise on optimal financing structures for working capital, long‑term investments, acquisitions and project financing. /li liManage end‑to‑end lender selection and competitive tendering processes. /li liIntegrate ESG‑related strategies into financing processes. /li liConduct and review financial analyses, credit assessments and cash flow modelling. /li liPrepare and negotiate key transaction documents: teasers, management presentations, information memoranda, term sheets and/or loan documentation. /li liAdvise on PD rating methodologies, stressed/distressed lending solutions and restructuring scenarios. /li /ul h3Specialist Financing Expertise /h3 pDeliver innovative solutions across the full range of financing products, including: /p ul liWorking capital trade finance solutions /li liLong‑term financing structures, covering real estate, capex, MA, acquisition finance and project finance (including PPP / DBFM) /li liAdvanced debt solutions, such as ESG‑linked financing instruments, fundraising, equipment leasing property leasing, government‑supported facilities (EIB), ECA‑backed export financing, crowdlending /li liDebt Capital Markets transactions, including bilateral loans, club deals, syndicated loans, (convertible) bond issuances and private placements. /li /ul h3Business Development Leadership /h3 ul liDrive the growth of Debt Advisory through proactive market engagement and origination of new opportunities. /li liLead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. /li liContribute to knowledge building, coach junior colleagues and help develop best practices within the team. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field (CFA is an asset). /li li4 to 6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, structured finance, project finance (PPP/DBFM) and/or debt capital markets. /li liProven track record in structuring and executing a range of debt solutions. /li liStrong skills in financial analysis, credit analysis, financial modelling and cash‑flow projections. /li liProficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. /li liFluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus. /li liEntrepreneurial, client‑oriented and proactive, problem‑solving mindset. /li liExcellent project management and organizational skills. /li liTeam player with the ambition to coach and develop others. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in C‑level interactions. /li /ul h3What’s In It For You /h3 ul liEY Family – you become part of the EY Family providing you with all the necessary skills, training and opportunities; enabling you to grow to your fullest potential. /li liAttractive remuneration package - We offer an attractive remuneration package; including a company car and charging car, iPhone plus subscription, health insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers, and eco vouchers.
