Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber professional to enrich and streamline our asset management activities across the Region. This is a hands-on role within a lean, fast-growing platform, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial and result-driven mindset who thrives on ownership, agility, and building the business with start-up spirit. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members to plan and implement asset strategy, and actively engage with investors and stakeholders to grow a high-performing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of asset management strategies to enhance portfolio performance in Hong Kong, the US and the UK and across the region in the future
Keep track with the investment performances to make sure the asset enhancement, management and business plans are well executed
Review regular financial statements, property-level reporting, and cash flow projections.
Track capital expenditure, renovation projects, and asset enhancement programmes.
Prepare investment memos, performance reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Actively build and manage relationships with onsite team, external parties, landlords, investors, consultants, and internal teams across functions
Work closely with the team in delivering and executing asset management strategies, fund raising activities, portfolio expansion plans
Contribute to asset management and portfolio expansion initiatives
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in real estate asset management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptional at execution
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
Strong financial and accounting knowledge
Being result driven and problem solving
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accountability and ownership
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
Comfortable working in a lean setup with high autonomy and accountability
Exceptionally good at commanding English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
