* Leadership Skills: Possesses strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team of consultants.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
* Strategic Thinking: Shows the ability to analyze complex problems, develop actionable insights, and implement practical solutions, with a strategic mindset.
* Results-Oriented Mindset: Displays a proactive and results‑oriented approach, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
* Industry Knowledge: Has extensive knowledge of industry‑specific regulations, trends, and best practices in the telecommunications sector.
* Language Proficiency: Is fluent in either French or Dutch as a native language, with an extended knowledge of the other language, along with strong proficiency in English.
