About the Role
As a
Talent Advisor
, you will support our client, a global biopharmaceutical company with a strong scientific focus and a collaborative, people‑centric culture. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various corporate and support functions across Europe.
What You Will Do
* Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles across Europe
* Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights and best practices
* Collaborate closely with sourcing teams and shared service centers to identify top talent
* Drive process improvements, including offer management and onboarding initiatives
* Ensure excellent stakeholder management through clear and proactive communication.
Who We're Looking For
* Minimum
3 years
of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and global stakeholder management
* Experience in
RPO
is a strong advantage
* Highly organized, ambitious, empathetic, and service‑oriented
* Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
* Fluent in
French and English
* Willing to work
2 days per week on‑site
in Braine‑L'Alleud (with remote flexibility).
