We are looking for a motivated and proactive Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and accounting, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Fluency in French and English is required, with Spanish being a plus.

Your Essential Duties:

* Coordinate meetings and events, manage invitations, reminders, room bookings, and catering
* Assist with office management tasks, including supplies, business cards, and meal arrangements
* Encode supplier invoices and create client invoices
* Manage payments and expense reports
* Verify monthly credit card statements and create purchase orders
* Organize medical exams, flu vaccinations, and safety trainings
