Amazon Advertising & Marketplace Specialist (Part-Time)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Advertising & Marketplace Virtual Assistant to support the growth of the brand's Amazon presence. This role will primarily focus on Amazon PPC management while also supporting catalog maintenance, product launches, promotions, reporting, and inventory-related activities.
This is a part-time position requiring availability during CST business hours
Schedule
* Part-time: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
* Must overlap with CST business hours
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Advertising Management (Primary Focus)
* Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
* Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve performance
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
* Drive improvements in ROAS, ACOS, and overall account growth
Listing & Catalog Management
* Create, update, and optimize product listings
* Manage keywords, content, images, and backend attributes
* Support A+ Content and Brand Store enhancements
Product Launches & Promotions
* Support new product launches and promotional campaigns
* Manage coupons, deals, and visibility initiatives
Reporting & Marketplace Operations
* Monitor sales, advertising, and marketplace performance
* Prepare reports and provide actionable insights
* Track inventory levels and support inventory planning
Requirements
Must-Have
* 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
* Strong Amazon PPC management experience
* Experience managing Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns
* Experience with listing optimization and keyword research
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* lAbility to work independently and proactively
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with Amazon DSP
* Experience launching new products on Amazon
* Experience with A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores
* Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Sellerboard, Pacvue, Perpetua, Quartile, or similar platforms
* Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, or health & wellness brands
