At the moment, the BeNeLux structure employs 10-15 FTE's, had around €3 500 000 revenue in 2024 and is in need of a new Country Manager BeNeLux.What can you expect?A competitive salary packageYou can work for an A-brand with high end products, and an excellent reputation on the BeNeLux market.You can work in an international environmentYou can lead, manage & inspire a very loyal team.You can be an entrepreneur & write your own story within this local structure.Responsibilities As this position is essential for the future development and succes of this company, the following responsibilities are crucial:Lead, manage and develop the Benelux organization (Sales, Admin, HR, Support).Define and execute the regional business strategy aligned with the Group’s overall vision.Manage the regional P&L and ensure sustainable profitability and growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, installers, architects, and distributors.Drive commercial performance and explore new market opportunities, especially in digital and smart access solutions.Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, reporting standards, and operational excellence.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and with relevant professional associations.Requirements The following requirements are absolute must-haves:You currently live in one of the following provinces: Oost-VLaanderen, Antwerpen, Vlaams Brabant, Brussel, Limburg.You had a stable career, and can prove excellent commercial results.You're fluent in Dutch, French and English.You have experience as a general manager/ country manager/ business unit manager/ Sales director / Sales manager/ or related function with a similar scope.You have experience within the building technology, electro-technical, or construction sector.You have experience with distribution, installers or architects as customers.You have experience with leading teams, and can prove improvements in their performance.We're looking for a professional that is future oriented, that dares to challenge the status-quo and that is willing to implement innovation to improve the financial results.
