Lonza Verviers is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide a high level of service to generate customer satisfaction. Key Tasks/Responsibilities
1. Orders: Check customer order into ERP system (SAP). Order confirmation to the customer. Printing of the preparation slip to be given to the warehouse. Follow-up on orders. Track backorders.
2. Customers queries: reply within a short timeframe, with the appropriate level of details.
3. Prices: Information to customers, consultation of offers made in the CRM (SFDC).
4. Complaints: Encoding of non-technical complaints via the QM module. Follow-up of QM tasks.
5. Reporting and analysis: management of the back orders report, completion of OTIF report, verification of late 3PL
Profiel
Required skills-Education: • Degree appreciated but not required (secretarial, business, languages) • In an Admin, Customer Service/Care department Profile Requirements: IT knowledge: • Good basic knowledge, SAP and SFDC are a real advantages • Familiar with office suite (especially Excel, also Word, Outlook) • Knowledge of an ERP system • Knowledge of ISO standards Language knowledge: • English is mandatory + any other language Soft Skills: • Written and oral knowledge • Strong customer orientation • Strong communication skills / Ensure quality telephone reception • Sense of urgency / priority management / efficiency + at ease with process changes, quick learner • Customer oriented, organized, accurate
