Your tasks:
* Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
* Track and trace Air export files as required
* Use Workflows on daily basis
* Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for export shipments
* Ensure arrival notices are communicated to overseas and customers
* Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
* Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards
* Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (airlines, trucking companies, and others)
* Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer's policies / requirements.
* Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
* Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
* Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
* Keying of air import shipment according to the KPI s and customer's requirements.
* Release files according to KPI and customer requirements in compliance with all rules and regulations
* Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
Profiel
* 2-3 years related experience
* Bachelors degree
* Understanding of air documentation process is needed
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
* Pro-active, strong organizational skills
* Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
* IATA certification (preferred)
* Fluent in English end a good level of dutch
* Eligible to work in Belgium
