And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and maintenance of HSE management systems, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions from GAP audits.Advise the Plant Leadership Team on regulatory and internal policy updatesOversee daily HSE operations, ensuring team performance and compliance with emergency protocols and safety standards.Drive continuous improvement through action plans, compliance tracking, and proactive safety initiatives.Champion a proactive safety culture by embedding the Safety Differently philosophy and facilitating Learning Teams and safety discussions across all levels.Monitor and enhance training programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competency development.Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, ensuring lessons learned are shared across the network.Continuously evaluate and improve site-level HSE practices, promoting innovation and best practice sharing.
