As a Manager, you are part a team of highly experienced consultants in the SAP Digital Transformation team delivering business transformation programs and specialized in the Sales and Distribution, BRIM or Service domains.
Your focus is on Service Management covering customer interactions, preventive maintenance, inhouse repairs as well as field service jobs.
You advise and participate in the implementation of SAP solutions using a multidisciplinary approach to design, implement and integrate SAP S/4HANA Service. Tasks include project management, solution design, solution implementation, change management and end-user support & training.
In your role, you formulate and communicate clear plans that translate wider strategy into specific action. Youconnect within and across businesses and borders to get access to the right resources.. You lead and guide the team during requirements gathering to uncover functionality that may require further configuration or an additional solution.
You will contribute to the development and growth of the SAP Service practice globally by coaching and guiding junior colleagues.
You will be joining an integrated offering of Service functional consultants and architects that are providing services to leading firms in different industries.
You will receive online and onsite trainings (including leadership, business development, latest technologies…) in order to grow within your position and move to the next level.

To be part of our team as a Manager, you must
Have at least 6 years of relevant experience within S/4HANA Service implementation in consulting firm or similar experience
Have experience in managing small/medium-sized teams
Have a solution mindset (i.e., what are options to solve that specific issue/requirement)
Be a team player who values communication and likes to share knowledge
Be fluent in Dutch and/or French with very good level of English
Have a EU citizenship with a valid driving license in Belgium
In order to excel at your job, you will develop the following skills and having previous experience is considered as a plus
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Service
Experience with SAP Field service management
Experience with SAP Service Cloud
Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, SAP Activate…)
Good knowledge of additional modules (MM, FICO, LE, GTS…)
Experience in integrations (with SAP add-ons or non-SAP solutions)
Experience in cross-solutions involving Service
