As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical strategy of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our information systems are aligned with our overall vision and goals.
">Main Responsibilities:
* Review Cen-Cenelec JTC24 draft standards and guarantee their content aligns with ESPR and Commission's vision.
* Collect feedback from all DGs involved in the technical DPP deliverables and propose a consolidated technical position.
* Participate in international and European standardization events, documenting high-level summaries and highlighting divergences/convergences compared to the DPP harmonized standards of JTC24.
* Maintain technical specifications on using harmonized standards for IT development of DPP components (Registry, Web App, link with CSW-CERTEX).
* Develop and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for various DPP components.
* Investigate existing IT systems within the organization and identify potential reuse opportunities for DPP IT development.
* Create architecture overview documents for DPP IT components and obtain validation.
* Regularly audit code, ensuring correct implementation of architecture and recommending corrective measures if necessary.
Tech Requirements:
* Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, etc., and experience developing models based on these frameworks.
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations like ArchiMate and BPMN, as well as tools like ARIS.
* Ability to combine diverse skills and experiences to address business, information, and technology-related opportunities and challenges.
* Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and conciliation skills.
* Experience facilitating multilingual meetings and writing reports/articles.
* Promotion skills to 'sell' architectural approaches through presentations.
* Strong team player with excellent discretion and integrity, handling confidential data and copyright documents.
Specific Skills:
* At least 10 years of expertise in architecture of information systems.
* At least 10 years of expertise in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL).
* At least 10 years of expertise with visual modeling and design tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect).
* At least 10 years of expertise in developing secure web applications with secure development practices.
* At least 5 years of experience in an international/multicultural environment and large projects.
* At least 5 years of expertise in Java development (J2SE and J2EE).
* At least 5 years of expertise in microservices architecture.
* At least 2 years of experience in blockchain technology architecture.
* At least 2 years of experience in Verifiable Credential technology architecture.
* At least 2 years of experience in data lake architecture.
* At least 1 year of experience in developing harmonized standards by a European Standardisation Body.
* At least 1 year of experience in developing standards with a non-European standardisation body (e.g. ISO, IEC, W3C, UNECE recommendation).
