Production Engineer
who excels in problem-solving and effective communication, ensuring compliance and quality in complex manufacturing processes.
* You act as the primary technical point of contact in the production department.
* You identify, analyze, and eliminate bottlenecks and efficiency losses in manufacturing operations.
* You assist in coordinating activities related to technical breakdowns and conduct root cause investigations for quality deviations.
* You implement minor and major changes to existing equipment within set deadlines.
* You provide daily technical support for various production processes, including specialized formulation processes.
* You collaborate with production operators and supervisors to deliver qualitative solutions.
* You support the start-up of new production lines and assist with operational troubleshooting as needed.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Master's degree
in relevant engineering fields, including industrial, civil, or bio-engineering, or an (industrial) pharmacist degree.
* You have
experience in a GMP environment

analytical skills
and problem-solving abilities.
* You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* You demonstrate a structured, accurate, and independently organized approach to work.
