The Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels is seeking a professional and courteous Voiturier to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will embody the luxury and excellence of our establishment. Your role is vital in providing guests with a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
Main Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests with professionalism, courtesy, and a warm smile, offering a personalized service.
* Take charge of guests' vehicles upon arrival, parking them safely and efficiently.
* Assist guests with their luggage and address any specific requests related to their arrival or departure.
* Work closely with the concierge and reception to promptly address guest needs.
* Ensure the drop-off and parking areas are clean, well-organized, and welcoming.
* Maintain a secure and accurate system for managing vehicle keys.
Profile Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
* Valid Category B driver’s license with an excellent driving record (experience with various types of vehicles is a plus).
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to provide highly personalized customer service.
* Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Well-groomed, elegant appearance in line with luxury palace standards.
* Ability to handle stress, punctuality, and discretion.
