This role is ideal for someone who can
bridge business and process, facilitate discussions effectively, and support adoption in a
supply chain transformation
context.
What we’re looking for:
2–3+ years of experience in Pharma / Vaccines
(vaccines is a strong plus)
Hands-on experience in OMP projects
(~1 year can already be relevant if exposure is strong)
We are open to candidates with either:
a strong
Pharma
background and willingness to grow into
OMP
or a strong
OMP
background and willingness to grow into the
Pharma
environment
Key experience
Process design
Workshop facilitation
Training delivery
Strong stakeholder engagement
Ability to connect with a broad audience
Comfortable working across multiple topics in a transformation environment
Fluent in EN & FR
Consulting experience
Consulting experience is strongly preferred
If no consulting experience:
4+ years Pharma + 2+ years OMP
