We are looking for a dynamic Compensation & Benefits Manager to strengthen our BeLux People & Culture team, with a strong primary focus on Belgium. Reporting to the People & Culture Director and working closely with the EU Total Reward team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing reward policies, processes, and systems aligned with local and global standards.Your expertise in Belgian compensation and benefits will be central to this role. Knowledge of the Luxembourg context is welcomed and supported through collaboration at group level, but Belgium will remain your core scope. Acting as a trusted partner to the business, you will support decision‐making around compensation structures, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to the rollout of new roles, policies, and reward programs.

This role requires strong collaboration with Business, Finance, Legal, and HR teams, combined with analytical strength and a hands‐on mindset, to build transparent, competitive, and sustainable reward solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits ManagementOptimise tax‐efficient reward solutions, including flexible benefits and pension‐related programsMonitor the market competitiveness of bonus practicesAdvise leadership on salary structures, hiring impacts, and role evolutionPolicy & GovernanceReview and update local compensation policies to ensure consistency and alignment with company strategyMaintain clear documentation of policies, processes, and compliance requirementsImplement a regular review cycle to keep compensation structures aligned with legal and market developmentsTraining & EnablementDeliver training for managers and HR teams on compensation, pay transparency, and policy updatesMaintain and refresh training materials based on new regulations or internal changesLegal ComplianceMonitor labour law, tax, and regulatory changes across Belgium; Luxembourg developments where relevantImplement local legal updates (pensions, healthcare, life insurance, etc.) in line with global governanceEnsure GDPR compliance across all compensation and benefits processesBusiness Partnership & CommunicationCollaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align compensation structures, budgets, and strategic prioritiesManage internal communication on compensation and benefits to ensure transparency and understandingTeam LeadershipLead the C&B team, ensuring strong expertise and high‐quality support for the organisationAct as subject matter expert on job architecture, pay transparency, and tax optimisationFoster collaboration across HR, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholdersAnnual Cycles & PlanningLead annual compensation review cycles and ensure alignment with internal and external developmentsReview salary benchmarks and propose adjustments based on market evolution

Profile

Education & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent+6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Payroll, or HR AnalyticsStrong knowledge of Belgian labour law, social security, and fiscal rules is essentialExposure to Luxembourg regulations is an asset, but not a requirement

Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and compensation tools is a plusKnowledge of eBlox is a mustClear and effective communicator, able to simplify complex topicsHigh level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environmentFull professional in French–Dutch, with fluency in English
