As part of the Brand Creative team, the Production & Project Manager will play a dual role: Driving creative production & Coordinating the go-to-market (GTM) process. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will be central in aligning cross-functional teams, evolving marketing processes, and driving operational excellence - ensuring every project reflects the quality and creativity that define Cohabs. What you’ll be doing Creative Production Mastermind: Lead the production of brand, campaign, and product assets, from the first spark of an idea to the final polished delivery. Manage creative workflows, logistical needs, and budget constraints like a true pro. Project Management & GTM Coordinator: Build and run project timelines, aligning Marketing, City, Product, Sales, and Experience teams around shared goals. Ensure every launch happens smoothly, on time, and across all markets. Budget & Resource Guru: Own production budgets, making sure we deliver top-notch quality while optimizing for efficiency. Process Improver Extraordinaire: Help shape and evolve our GTM processes for how we launch new houses, experiences, and campaigns. Spot bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement smarter ways of working. Cross-Team Connector: Act as the key operational link between creative and business teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and momentum. Quality Champion: Guarantee that every asset meets Cohabs’ creative, brand, and quality standards, and lands exactly when it should.
