Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets across Brazil
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
* Promote WEGO’s product portfolio and related solutions
* Manage distributor networks and support channel partners in target markets
* Participate in public tenders and manage the full bidding process in compliance with EU procurement regulations
* Conduct market analysis, competitor bench marking, and customer insights to support strategic decisions
* Represent WEGO at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings


Qualifications

* More than 8 years of experience in medical device sales
* Strong understanding of Brazil medical procurement processes and tender systems
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new markets
* Fluency in English and Portuguese
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Willingness to travel frequently across the region
* Have esprit of explore and resilience
