International Key Account Lead Europe

Cross‑Country Commercial Leadership

1. Act as the single point of contact for the international customer, coordinating country teams.
2. Align local execution across BUs to ensure consistent terms, pricing principles, and activation

Internal Collaboration

3. Work closely with local Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Supply, and Finance teams.
4. Ensure clear communication and alignment between international and local stakeholders.
5. Contribute to the development of international KAM best practices and playbook


Revenue & Performance Management

6. Deliver against volume, net revenue, mix, and profitability targets.
7. Track performance versus plan and lead corrective actions when required.
8. Manage trade investment in line with budget, ROI, and governance standards

International Account Strategy & Growth

9. Own and develop the international account strategy for assigned global / pan‑European customers.
10. Lead the creation and execution of Joint Business Plans across countries.
11. Identify growth opportunities across distribution, pricing, mix, promotions, and portfolio.
12. Ensure alignment between customer strategy and zone / global commercial priorities.

Experience

13. 5–8+ years of experience in Key Account Management / Commercial roles
14. Proven track record managing complex customers across multiple markets
15. FMCG / Beverage industry experience strongly preferred
16. French and/or German Language skills
