ITSM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant to manage, evolve, and support a BMC Helix platform across internal initiatives and customer-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot BMC Helix Design and implement workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations Translate business requirements into technical solutions Manage updates, incidents, and change requests Drive continual improvement and maintain documentation Collaborate across teams in a consulting-focused environment
Requirements Strong experience with ITSM tools Strong ITIL knowledge Understanding of CMDB / ITAM and workflow engines Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus Fluent in French and English
