As an Onsite IT Technician, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include providing expert technical support, resolving complex issues, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer technical support that exceeds customer expectations;
2. Determine and recommend solutions that meet customer needs;
3. Diagnose and repair product failures, ordering replacement parts as necessary;
4. Manage user accounts, including rights, security, and systems groups;
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues;
6. Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support for network devices;
7. Work with external vendors to resolve hardware and software issues;
8. Receive and resolve hardware or software-related issues requiring on-site presence;
9. Develop relationships with hardware and software vendors for technical assistance;
10. Implement PC installations, peripheral setup, and LAN-based equipment deployment;
11. Configure security, file access, and administrative procedures during office relocations;
12. Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and configuration changes;
13. Deliver AV and Conference support using various software platforms.
