About the Role: We are seeking a strategic E-commerce Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team.

E-tailer & Para Pharmacy Management:
* E-tailer & Para Pharmacy Management Responsibilities:
o Develop and maintain relationships with key e-tailer & para-pharmacy marketing account partners.
o Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all platforms.
o Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, visual assets, and other relevant content to drive conversions.
o Monitor customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image.
* E-commerce Strategy and Planning:
o Develop a comprehensive online e-tailer strategy.
o Build strong relationships with key e-tailer and para-pharmacy partners to optimize performance.
o Identify new opportunities for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion in the e-tail and para-pharmacy space.
* Customer Experience Optimization:
o Enhance the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels.
o Collect and address customer feedback, ensuring excellent service on both the company website and third-party platforms.
* Price Monitoring, Competitive Analysis & Promotional Campaigns:
o Continuously monitor pricing from e-tailers and competitors to ensure competitiveness.
o Provide regular reports on price comparisons and propose adjustments as needed.
o Develop tailored brand initiatives to increase brand awareness, sales volume, and revenue through third-party e-tailers and para-pharmacies.
* Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Track and analyze key performance metrics for third-party e-commerce and para-pharmacy players.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to drive continuous growth.
Requirements:
* Analytical Skills: Analyze e-commerce and e-tailer performance metrics to drive sales and optimize campaigns.
* Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
* Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing e-tailer relationships, KAM exposure with e-tailers is a huge plus.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute multichannel strategies that align with business goals.
* Adaptability: Agile in adapting to rapid changes and a competitive landscape.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
