Business Analyst (Financial Services) - FreelanceOur customer, a financial services organisation in south Brussels, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the implementation of a mobile-first customer onboarding approach.The role sits within a Scrum team responsible for customer onboarding, customer data management, access management, and operational tooling. The focus is on analysing and improving operational processes and supporting the delivery of process changes across multiple stakeholders.The role works closely with business stakeholders and development teams to define target processes, support implementation activities, and prepare documentation and training material for end users.ResponsibilitiesDocument and maintain existing operational processesIdentify process improvements and obtain validation from stakeholdersDefine target operational processes together with business stakeholdersSupport the implementation of operational processes with the wider teamFollow up with development teams to ensure delivery of identified improvementsPrepare documentation for end usersSupport the preparation and delivery of end-user trainingProvide backup support for other Business Analysts within the teamProfile5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleExperience with business process management and process improvementExperience facilitating workshops to understand operational processesExperience working within Agile or Scrum environmentsKnowledge or experience with the following is considered beneficial:BPMNLean or Six Sigma methodologiesBanking or financial services environmentsCustomer onboarding processesData managementAdditional DetailsLocation: BrusselsContract: FreelanceDuration: Long TermStart Date: ASAPLanguage: French OR Dutch
