**Quality and Innovation Internship Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality and Innovation Intern. As a member of our Research, Development and Quality (RDQ) Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of new and improved products, while ensuring the highest standards of quality control across our product range.
The successful candidate will have experience with or knowledge of product safety and quality, as well as excellent communication skills in English. You will be responsible for setting up procedures, ensuring quality-control, and contributing to the development of new products. Your creative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment will make you an asset to our organization.
About This Role:
* You will support the RDQ Manager in Brussels and interact with the Marketing team and other departments on-site.
* You will contribute to Quality procedures and Safety documents for our site in Brussels, as well as establish effective relationships with colleagues within the local Business Unit.
* You will set up product tastings, write reports with R&D and the commercial team, and review and update local procedures for samples management from reception to storage.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Supporting the development of new and improved products, including sensory testing and product reviews.
2. Contributing to the development of Quality procedures and Safety documents.
3. Setting up product tastings and writing reports with R&D and the commercial team.
4. Reviewing and updating local procedures for samples management.
About You:
* You have experience with or knowledge of product safety and quality.
* Experience with or knowledge of product development and sensory testing is a plus.
* You are a Bachelor or Master student in a relevant area, such as food science.
* You have excellent communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
* You are proactive, organized, and have a creative mindset.
